Recruitment process at Finnfund

If you have any questions about a vacancy or Finnfund as an employer, get in touch with the person mentioned in the job posting. Please send your application using the link in the posting by the date mentioned in the posting. Sometimes we start interviewing candidates already during the application period.

If you are not invited to an interview, we will let you know by email. If you proceed in the process, we will get in touch with you and schedule a first interview which often takes place in our Helsinki office. In the first interview, you will usually meet both the recruiting supervisor as well as someone from our People & Culture team. You will have a chance to ask more about the open position and about Finnfund in general. During this interview we often give you a case task to work on, related to the role you have applied for. We will let you know how long time the interview and case task require.

Based on the interviews, we usually choose some candidates for an aptitude test performed by our recruiting partner either online or at their office. We go through the results with you and the final decision will be made within 1-2 weeks from the aptitude test. We may want to meet you at one more interview, but once the decision has been made we will let all the applicants know about the outcome.
