The loan strengthens XacBank’s on-lending capacity in its MSME activities and directs a large part of the loan proceeds to female entrepreneurs in Mongolia. Main development impact The loan provides XacBank funding for its Green Projects and strengthens lending activities to local MSMEs and female entrepreneurs. The loan proceeds are divided as follows: 30% to Green Projects and 70% for on-lending to MSMEs. 71% of the on-lending to MSMEs will be used exclusively for women-owned MSMEs.
