Our complaints channel can be used to alert Finnfund about suspected misconduct, serious wrongdoing affecting people or our environmental and social responsibilities or other breaches of the policies, codes or guidelines that steer Finnfund’s activities.

Finnfund endeavours to maintain an atmosphere of openness and a high standard of ethics throughout its business. We value responsibility and respect for everyone involved in our business.

That is why we encourage all our stakeholders to report misconduct or suspected misconduct in Finnfund’s activities or in the companies it finances so that they can be addressed. This is also important for the development of our operations.

Our complaints channel, covering both whistleblowing and grievances, can be used to alert Finnfund about suspected misconduct, serious wrongdoing affecting people or our environmental and social responsibilities or other breaches of the policies, codes or guidelines that steer Finnfund’s activities. It is an important tool for reducing risks and maintaining trust, as it helps us detect and react to potential misconduct and wrongdoing at an early stage.

Anybody can send us a message, either anonymously or with their personal details. You do not need proof of your suspicions, but all messages must be made in good faith.

The channel is available in five languages: English, Finnish, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Swahili. In addition, you may leave a voice message is any language.
